If you want to enjoy a pie on your own schedule at home or want to send some to a friend out of town, try out our frozen pies. They are available for purchase in the restaurant or you can place an order for shipping anywhere in the continental US. Our pies are shipped overnight to preserve freshness.  They ship by the dozen.

Each pie is individually wrapped, labeled, frozen and sealed in a Styrofoam box for transport.  When you receive your pies, unpack and load them in the freezer.  Heating instructions are included in the package.  Pies are shipped to individual customers and are not to be purchased by resellers.

All natural ingredients

Boomerang’s is serious when it comes to the freshness and quality of our products.  Our products do not contain trans-fat, artificial flavors or colors, MSG or preservatives. In addition, we use untreated, unbleached flour.  Basically, we make the healthiest pies possible and offer a great alternative to fast food.

How to eat a pie

It’s simple. Pick it up with one or two hands, your preference. Add a sauce if you desire, and take a bite. 

Heating Instructions

Heating or reheating our pies is easy. It is recommended that you heat them in an oven, but a microwave can be used as well. Keep pies refrigerated and consume or freeze within two days of purchasing. Click here for a larger card to print these instructions.

Oven (recommended):

Thaw overnight in your refrigerator.
Pre-heat your oven to 350°. Remove pie(s) from plastic wrappings. Place pie(s) on sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes or until center is hot. If frozen double the time.

Microwave then Oven:

Take pie(s) out of plastic wrappings. Defrost in microwave for 2-3 minutes while pre-heating oven to 350°. Remove from microwave and place pie(s) on sheet pan and bake for 10-15 minutes to crisp up the pie(s).

Microwave:

Take pie(s) out of plastic wrapping. Place in microwave for 3-5 minutes on high power. Using this method may cause the crust to not be as strong, but the pie will still taste great!
